Video from DC LEARNs annual meeting

For those of you who might want to see the event, here is a video archive of the DC LEARNs annual meeting for 2003. DC LEARNs
is the 7-year-old coalition of adult literacy organizations in Washington DC. One of the high points
of last night's meeting were the awards given to adult literacy volunteers and adult learners.
